All purchases made through Niferty.com are carried out in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By using the website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. General Terms
Niferty reserves the right to change product information, prices, and policies without prior notice. In case of any technical error or incorrect price, the order may be cancelled.

2. Order and Payment
The user is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during the order process. Payments are processed in accordance with international security standards, and card information is not stored by Niferty.

3. Delivery Conditions
Orders are delivered via courier or pick-up point. The customer must provide accurate address information. Documented delivery confirmation is considered valid for completion of the delivery.

4. Return Policy (14 Days)
Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date the order is delivered. Return requests are accepted only through the My Orders section.

Return requirements:
– The product must be unused.
– Tags and packaging must be intact.
– The return reason and product photos must be uploaded to the system.

Once the return is approved, the refund is processed within 3–10 business days.

5. Product Information
Product descriptions and images are for presentation purposes. Minor color differences may occur due to screen variations, and such differences are not considered valid grounds for return.

6. Account Security
The user is responsible for protecting account information and password. When necessary, Niferty has the right to temporarily block the account or request additional verification for security reasons.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
User information is processed solely for the purpose of providing services and fulfilling orders. No personal data is sold to third parties. Payment information is not stored by Niferty.

8. Prohibited Use
The website may not be used for illegal purposes or in any way that harms third parties. The company reserves the right to restrict the account or cancel the order in case of violation of the rules.
